Associate Professor inpublic and health care management at the Department Social and PoliticalSciences and Director of the Health care sector Observatory at BocconiUniversity. He holds the MSc degree in Public Economics with a focus in publicpolicy and management from Bocconi University.

His research interestsrevolve around public and health care management, with a special focus inpublic strategy, policy implementation issues, network governance andsharing/platform economy models for public services.

Founder ofbenchmarking platforms within the health and social care sector: the network ofthe Italian NHS directors, the observatory of private contracted healthproviders, the network of social care providers and the observatory of regionalhealth purchasing agencies, the benchlearning panel about Community Buildingactions.

He is an active trainerfor public and health care top managers and strategic advisor for many publicinstitutions both at central and local level.
