Daniele Carnevali is a corporate executive and entrepreneur with a strong track record in applying business transformation principles and tech-driven insight to capital allocation. After over 15 years working in senior and leadership roles for multinational financial services groups, in 2025 he became Managing Partner at PlusValue Advisory. Currently, he leads on the firm’s flagship projects, structuring proprietary platforms and investment solutions  to deliver affordable residential real estate and sustainable urban infrastructures , with the goal of channelling capital into measurable social impact across Europe and Asia.

During his tenures at AXA Group and UniCredit, he led multi-country transformation initiatives in investment management and structured finance, developing multi-billion-euro product portfolios and playing a key role in enterprise-wide tech modernisation initiatives. As Head of Business Transformation for AXA XL across APAC and Europe, he built integrated multi-country operations that blended rigorous execution with technology-led innovation to drive lasting organizational change. As a technology company co-founder, he developed machine learning solutions through to asuccessful exit, deepening his perspective on innovation at scale.

With degrees spanning law, business, and engineering– and professional experience across European and Asia-Pacific markets, Daniele's leadership approach emphasises value creation through cross-disciplinary integration rather than narrow specialisation. Applied to place-based development, real estate investment, and impact capital, this approach converts technological capability and transformation discipline into measurable outcomes, while building capabilities that ensure each venture is both scalable and sustainable over the long term.
