Michele Tornielli is Vice President of the Digital Lab at Fincantieri, one of the world’s leading shipbuilding groups, where he leads the company’s digital strategy and drives the adoption of advanced technologies across the organization.

In his role, he is responsible for steering large-scale digital transformation programs, fostering innovation, and enabling the industrial adoption of cutting-edge technologies, including Artificial Intelligence, robotics, quantum computing, and extended reality. He works closely with C-level executives to shape the company’s growth strategy and technological roadmap, positioning Fincantieri at the forefront of digital innovation in manufacturing.

Michele brings over two decades of international experience in digital transformation and complex program management. Prior to joining Fincantieri, he held senior leadership roles at Accenture in both Europe and the Middle East, where he led large transformation initiatives and built strong expertise in managing high-impact, large-scale projects.

Throughout his career, he has developed a strong track record in bridging business and technology, driving organizational change, and scaling innovation in industrial environments.
