 Maurizio Monteverdi is the majority shareholder of Morning Capital and he acts as Chairman and CEO since May 2019. The company is the result of a buy in process in the acquisition of the Vittoria Assicurazioni Group's real estate service company (100% shares). In three years, he has achieved the following results:(i) it has taken the company from a captive operator to a market operator, (ii) it has closed three balance sheets in growth by certifying profitability at over 28%, starting from an economic break-even point and (iii) it has added the most modern real estate financial skills and technological innovation to the more traditional real estate management skills. The company operates with 30people in 4 territorial offices: Milan (HQ), Rome, Turin and Genoa. AUM: Euro 2bn, Transaction 2020-2024 Euro 1.1 bn.  

Morning Capital is a holding company owning 100%participation of: Interimmobili Agency Srl (real estate brokerage) and La Ringhiera Srl Società Benefit (Student Housing & Co-Living), where Maurizio is also acting as Chairman & CEO. 

Previously Maurizio used to be Equity Partner of THEEUROPEAN HOUSE - AMBROSETTI from May 2014 to May 2019 as Head of Practice Real Estate & Corporate Finance. Within the business unit, he took care of the following areas: Advisory, Investment banking, Structured Finance, Governance, M&A and Capital Market.

Since January 2011, up to May 2014 he has been part of the talian Team of BIZZI & PARTNERS DEVELOPMENT. As member of the Board of MILANOSESTO, a special purpose vehicle that owns and manages one of the largest European urban regeneration project, he acted as CEO. Responsible for carrying out definitive urban authorization, architectural & urban project design, sales & Joint Venture partnerships, lobby & institutional relations, consensus creation.

Before joining Bizzi & Partners Maurizio drove the acquisition of ZERO Sgr, as CEO, for an Italian share holders team, prior to that Maurizio used to be part of the Italian Real Estate Team of BABCOCK & BROWN as Head of Real Estate Italy.

Prior to joining BABCOCK & BROWN, Maurizio worked as CEO in GABETTI Property Solutions, an Italian real estate service company listed at Milan Stock Exchange. 

Between 2002 and 2005, used to be part of ASSICURAZIONIGENERALI as General Manager of GENERALI PROPERTIES Asset management, the Italian real estate arm of Generali group. He was also member of theEuropean Real Estate committee of GENERALI group.

AUM: Euro 7,2 bn - Transaction 2003-2007 Euro 2,2 bn  

Previously, he held a variety of senior management positions at PIRELLI & C. Real Estate (now Prelios). His last role was Asset Management Director Retail & Entertainment.

Maurizio received his architecture degree with honors (100/100) from the POLITECNICO of MILAN University in Italy. Various Master& post lauream specializations.
